Menopause@Work is a free service offering you education, training, practical tools and healthy lifestyle advice to help you thrive in your menopause transition, particularly in the workplace.

90% of respondants said that their menopause symptoms impacted them at work, and many were not aware of perimenopause, menopause or that they were actually experiencing menopause symptoms right now. Menopause and perimenopause symptoms can have a big impact on your life, including relationships and work. It is a natural transition with symptoms which can often be managed or relieved with the right support and/or medication for you. We are here to provide information, workshops and resources to prepare and support you through this transition.

We have reached out to the people of Brighton & Hove to find out what tools and help you need to thrive in your menopause and created resources covering topics such as brainfog, hormone replacement therapy and mental health.
