Welcome to Menopause@Work , a new, free scheme supporting employers to provide a menopause friendly environment and to support people experiencing menopause symptoms. We are here for small/medium businesses and self-employed people in Brighton and Hove. If you want to create a menopause-friendly environment for your employees  or if you are working and experiencing menopause symptoms you have come to the right place. 

Menopause is a natural transition, but the symptoms can make it difficult to manage work. Many people find that their physical and emotional health are impacted by menopause, leading to decreased productivity, missed workdays and increased stress levels. Despite these challenges, menopause remains a largely taboo topic in the workplace, leaving people feeling unsupported and alone.  However, there are lots of things that you can do for yourself and/or your employees to manage these symptoms.
